JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in Complaint Case No. 3483 (C) of 2009 instituted for the offence under Sections-406, 415, 417, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of N.I. Act. From the order of learned Sessions Judge, it appears that the petitioner was given privilege of provision u/S 205 of the Cr.P.C. which was ultimately withdrawn by learned Magistrate on 15-05-2012. Thereafter, non-bailable warrant of arrest and processes u/Ss 82 & 83 of the Cr.P.C. have been issued against the petitioner. Therefore, considering the conduct of the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
