Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deepnagar P.S.Case No. 356 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is of making firing on the informant and causing injuries to him.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in this case Mantu Prasad is the informant but in the formal FIR name of SHO has been mentioned and the matter has been compromised between the parties, which will appear from the impugned order itself.

No.43566 of 2018 (3) dt.31-08-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit.
