Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra town P.S. Case No. 453 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 417, 465, 467/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Deed Writer having no concern with the alleged forgery. As per the instruction of vendor and purchaser, he scribed the deed and without any fault he has been made accused in this case.
Learned APP submits that the main allegation is against main accused Lal Babu Rai.
In the facts and circumstances stated above, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21969 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 petitioner above named, in case of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 453 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
