JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.02.2014 in a case registered under section 302 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 17 of C.L.A Act. Admittedly, petitioner is not named in the first information report nor in course of investigation, any witnesses named the petitioner. It appears from the impugned order that the name of the petitioner came in supervision note of Dy. S.P and except the aforesaid material as well as criminal incident of the petitioner there appears to be nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of
