Considering the fact that petitioner has submitted his tender in e-tender process and due to non-specific terms and conditions in the advertisement, the petitioner has not submitted hard copy of the tender paper, this Court is constrained to dispose off the writ application with a direction to the petitioner to submit hard copy of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2423 of 2021(4) dt.30-06-2021 2/2 tender latest by 15th of July, 2021. On submission of the hard copy, the respondents will consider the case of the petitioner objectively and will not reject the tender of the petitioner on the ground that hard copy was not earlier enclosed by the petitioner. Appropriate decision in this regard shall be taken by the respondents at the earliest, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
