2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gaurichak P.S Case No. 457 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 448, 307, 504, 506, 34 of I.P.C and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioner along with co-accused have fired bullet in front of the house of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nobody have sustained any injury

It is further submitted that informant is full brother of the petitioner and a land dispute is going on between them. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 27.02.2025 and he has got four criminal antecedent as stated in Paragraph No. 3 of the bail petition.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order and materials available on record, it appears that petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2025 and investigation is already concluded, accordingly, chargesheet submitted.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Patna City/concerned Court in connection with Gaurichak P.S Case No. 457 of 2023 subject to conditions that petitioner shall present physically each and every dated fixed by the trial Court till
