Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 383 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 470, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner no. 1 is the full brother of the informant. The allegation is that a sale deed of joint property was got executed by father of the informant (not an accused) in favour of the 5th brother and his wife in which the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 became witnesses. It has been submitted that a property dispute has been given the shape of a criminal case. Referring to Annexure-2, it is stated that co-accused Ranjeet Kumar and his wife have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail.
Considering the nature of the allegation and the other

No.21073 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 materials reflected from the record, let the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender in the Court below within four weeks, be directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magsitrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 383 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with the further condition that one of the bailers shall be the own/close family members of the petitioners.
