Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mahila (Vaishali at Hajipur) P.S. Case No.07 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 313, 504, 506, 354, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act as well as Section

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.636 of 2021(2) dt.26-10-2021 2/2 3⁄4 of the Women's Protection of Muslim Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case being relatives of the husband of the informant. The F.I.R. was lodged after one year of the alleged occurrence. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahila (Vaishali at Hajipur) P.S. Case No.07 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
