2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 22.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67276 of 2022.
3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 395, 397, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. The following order was passed on 22.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 67276 of 2022 :- Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.
Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2022 registered
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48691 of 2024(8) dt.27-06-2025 2/3 for the offence under Section 395, 397, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is accused in large number of cases including Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 94 of 2022. The following order was passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. No. 46479 of 2022 on 25.01.2023:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 94 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of Arms Act.
The petitioner was caught on the spot.
He has an antecedent list of eight cases.
Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
The District Judge, Gaya, the District Judge, Nalanda, the District Judge, Nawada and District Judge, Patna are directed to get the trial of the following cases pending against the petitioner expedited:- I. Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 557/21 II. Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 52/22 III. Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 91/22 IV. Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 62/22 V. Chandi P.S. Case No. 383/19 VI. Sahanpur P.S. Case No. 53/19 VII. Fatuha P.S. Case No. 748/19 VIII. Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 95/22 Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, Gaya, the District Judge, Nalanda, the District Judge, Nawada and District Judge, Patna for its compliance through FAX and e-mail forthwith.
5. The petitioner is accused in eight similar/serious cases. The present case is a case of dacoity, which is punishable

6. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial is delayed by the co-accused, who has not appeared.
7. The Trial Court is directed to take all steps for appearance of the co-accused, who is not appearing, thereafter, proceed with the trial.
8. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, is directed to ensure co-operation in the trial so that such criminals are punished.
9. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
10. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, for its compliance through FAX forthwith.
