The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 349 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 384, 354, 307, 324, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory

No.55532 of 2021(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 349 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
