Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-399, 402, 414, 467, 468, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-25(i-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Prosecution case in short is that one country-made loaded pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered.

It has been submitted that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18-01-2021. Charge sheet has

There is no compliance of Section-100 of the Cr. P.C. The other coaccused has been granted bail vide Annexure-2 to the present application.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 11 of 2021.
