It has been pointed out that a dispute between the two individual is being raised through this writ application wherein the petitioner has sought a direction for protection for himself as well as his tank situated in Mauza-Madna of khata no. 339, Khesra no. 1290, measuring an area of 2,Bigha, 3 kathas and 15 dhurs. The land claimed is the settled land of the petitioner by the ex-landlord.
