JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-01-2015 Both the above stated petitions arise out of Bidupur P.S.Case No. 241 of 2013 registered under section 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and accordingly, both the above stated petitions are being disposed of by this common order. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37141 of 2014 (3) dt.27-01-2015 2/2 Petitioners are named in the first information report. Admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased , the case of the petitioners is that the mother-in-law of the deceased had executed sale deed in favour of Gotni of the deceased in respect of some lands due to which, dispute arose between the family and that was the reason of killing of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.Case No. 241 of 2013.
