2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is said to have committed murder of the daughter of the informant by pressing her mount and neck.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner. He submits that there is no eye witness to the occurrence and only on the basis of suspicion, he has been made accused in this case. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposing the prayer for bail submits that the petitioner was also involved in the present case. He further submits that the postmortem report has supported the prosecution case.
6. Considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 364 of 2022.
