2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024 arising out of NDPS G.R. Case No. 41 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C), 23 and 25 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per allegation, on a secret information, the informant along with other police party raided the house of the petitioner and recovered 2 kg of ganja from her house. Some currency notes were also recovered from her house.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent and she

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48837 of 2024(2) dt.18-07-2024 2/2 has falsely been implicated merely because she is wife of Shankar singh from whose house, 2 kg of ganja was recovered. She is under custody since 08.05.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024 arising out of NDPS G.R. Case No. 41 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
