Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 354(B), 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the F.I.R that co-accused Pintu

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39922 of 2020(3) dt.26-10-2021 2/3 Kumar called the informant to Samastipur for getting her emloyed in Sudha Limited. It is alleged against this petitioner that this petitioner made an attempt to molest the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that F.I.R has been registered against unknown. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and co-accused Pintu Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.11.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22041 of 2020.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Town P.S.
