Patna High Court CWJC No.10394 of 2023(2) dt.19-01-2024 2/2 Chief Secretary, Urban Development Department under subsection 5 of Section 25 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007.

The Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Development Department, is directed to take appropriate steps by passing reasoned order after giving due opportunity of hearing to the affected parties within a period of six weeks to avoid any further delay in developmental work of the Nagar Parishad Lalganj, Vaishali.
