3. With the consent of the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief claimed for by the petitioner in paragraph 1(i) and 1(ii) of this writ application have already been redressed.

5. With respect to the relief claimed by the petitioner in paragraph 1(iii), this writ application is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna seeking relief of compensation. The petitioner shall approach the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna within two weeks from the date of passing of this order. If any such application is filed by the petitioner before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna, the same shall be heard and disposed of further within a period of four weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application is disposed of. All pending I.A., if any, shall also be deemed to have been disposed of.
