BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 05-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for respective parties. On 28.01.2022, the following order was passed:- "The matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prima facie, the present petition is not maintainable in the light of prayer for quashing of final merit list prepared by Respondent No. 3 to the post of District Co-ordinator and District Co-ordinator CB and IEC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not arrayed the selected candidates as necessary and proper party.

In order to give one more opportunity, re-list this matter on 04.02.2022.

If the selected candidate is not
