The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 450, 324, 307, 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner entered into the house of the informant and committed rape upon her daughter and assaulted her. When the victim girl raised alarm, informant came there and on seeing her petitioner fled away. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 11.06.2022. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and submitted that several witnesses have supported

In statement recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C., victim girl has supported the prosecution story. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegation, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and, as such, his prayer for bail stands rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial.
