In view of facts disclosed in the show cause filed on behalf of Opp.Party no.2, it would be difficult to further proceed in the present matter since the facts disclosed in the show cause indicates that two persons are claiming to be wife of the deceased employee. So this issue may not be adjudicated in the present proceeding.

If so advised, the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy.
