2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 95 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. As per allegation, on a secret information, the informant along with police party raided the house of the petitioner and recovered 334.08 liters of illicit liquor from his house.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from his conscious possession.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 95 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) After release, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that he is involved in any other case of similar nature except the present one, his bail bond shall be cancelled. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
