JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-07-2017 This has come under the heading 'to be mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the appellants. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that in this appeal there are two appellants but in title portion of order dated 1.7.2017 only name of one appellant has been mentioned and name of other appellant, namely, Umesh Ram, son of Late Bagad Ram, resident of village Madanpur, P.S. Naurangia, District West Champaran has not been mentioned and the appeal of both the appellants was allowed and their pre-arrest bail was also allowed by the said order.

In such view of the matter, the order dated 1.7.2017 stands modified to the extent that in the said order in title portion the name of appellant No.2 be read as Umesh Ram and has been left out and in last paragraph of the said order instead of 'let the

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1523 of 2017 (5) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 appellant above named' it should be correctly read as 'let the appellants above named be released on their surrender within 4 weeks before the Special Judge'.

Let this order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
