It is alleged that petitioner ravished the informant after putting cloth in her mouth.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that medical examination report of the victim does not suggest any evidence of rape and as per accusation, it appears that the victim had some intimacy with the petitioner from before.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that medical opinion does not corroborate the accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
