It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that against the order issued by the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna on 19.05.2014 withholding the full pension of the petitioner, he would be preferring an appeal before the Appellate Authority under Rule 24 of the Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.14868 of 2015(4) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2005.

If such appeal is filed within six weeks, the petitioner would be entitled to adjudication of the same on merits without raising the issue of delay.

Writ petition is disposed of.
