This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

For land dispute, allegation of commission of assault is against four persons, including the petitioner. However, the doctor has found single injury on the person of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case and it is difficult to attribute as to who has caused the single injury to the informant. Considering the entire facts, aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,
