====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 140 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) and 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that 20 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from Santro vehicle. Petitioner along with Munna Paswan were found sitting in the aforesaid vehicle. It is further alleged that smell of liquor was coming from his mouth.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 1.4.2019 having clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Majhauliya P.S.
