It is however, submitted by counsel for the petitioner that consequential benefits arising out of the same has not been made available to the petitioner.

The final decision in respect of consequential benefits should be taken by the respondent authorities expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
