JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2023 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, to take a final decision with regard to his application, filed for grant of arms license, on 11.7.2018. The learned counsel for the Respondent-State submits that the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, shall definitely take a final decision with regard to the pending application of the petitioner for grant of arms license within a stipulated time frame.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, to dispose off the pending application of
