JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-11-2015 After some argument, Mr. Khurshid Alam, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to SC-12, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, so that the petitioner, in view of Resolution dated 30th August,2010 of the Govt. of Bihar, may file an appeal before the concerned District Judge for the relief sought for in the present writ petition. The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of. It goes without saying that if such appeal is filed within eight weeks from today, the learned District Judge may examine the same on its own merit
