The petitioner seeks bail in Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 341 of 2019, corresponding to Spl. Case No. 750 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) and 37(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 108 litres of Nepali liquor has been recovered from car. Petitioner is said to be driver of the aforesaid car.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.6.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing
