HONOURABLE MR.

JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT & ORDER Date: 12-08-2016 Learned Senior Counsel, appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18253 of 2012 dt.12-08-2016 2/2 State of Jharkhand, appears to be right in his submission that this writ application cannot be maintained in this Court for the reason that immediately after the State of Bihar came to be reorganized, the services of the husband of the petitioner were absorbed in the newly created State of Jharkhand.

2. The husband of the petitioner is said to have died in harness, in the year 2012, while working within the jurisdiction of State of Jharkhand.

3. This application is, accordingly, dismissed, as not maintainable.

4. It goes without saying that the petitioner shall have at liberty to approach appropriate forum for redressal of her grievances.
