Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Power Grid Corporation is to take 33000 Volt extra high tension wire over petitioner's land restricting the land use severely. The petitioner is constructing a school over his land which is asked to

Patna High Court CWJC No.3809 of 2015 (2) dt.28-05-2015 stop from constructing.

Be that as it may, learned counsel for the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited submits that the matter is pending before the Apex Court in SLP (Civil) No. 8342 of 2009 and SLP (Civil) No. 14939 of 2011.

Pending decision of the Apex Court in the matter aforesaid, the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (respondent no. 3) is restrained to interfere with the rights of the petitioner in any manner. I.A. No. 3875 of 2015 is, thus, disposed of.
