JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 323 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased and allegation against her and others is of causing death of the deceased in connection with demand of dowry. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is mother in law of the deceased and no specific allegation has been attributed to her rather only general and omnibus allegation has been levelled.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42790 of 2019(3) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 323 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
