Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 354, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that all accused persons came and pulled Sari of the informant and outraged her modesty, committed theft and also assaulted the informant's son when he tried to rescue his mother.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that both sides are agnates and there is case and counter case. Earlier case was lodged by petitioners' side and in the injury

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29069 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 to the informant's son is simple in nature. These petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Somnath Singh, Barun Kumar @ Rinku Kumar, Shiv Shankar Singh and Ashish Kumar @ Niraj Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P) P.S. Case No.64 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
