2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 87, 127(4), 308(3), 303(2), 115(2), 351(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution is that while the informant has informed this petitioner regarding the deeds of Bijendra Ray, this petitioner has slapped.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that the only allegation

It has also been submitted that only for this allegation he is in custody since 01.05.2025. He is having no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has conceded to the argument that the only allegation against the petitioner is that of slapping.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025.
