Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that the period of surrender granted vide order dated 23.05.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1895 of 2019 may be extended by further two weeks.

In view of the submission, let the period of surrender be extended by further two weeks from the date of this order and accordingly, the order dated 23.05.2019
