09-01-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to GA-2, submits that of course, in compliance with the order of the writ court, an order has been passed by the Secretary, Department of Health on 17.09.2014 vide Annexure-B to the show cause, there are apparent errors, which is required to be assailed in appropriate proceeding.

Keeping in view the fact that the order of the writ court has already been complied with, the petition stands disposed of. If the petitioner feels aggrieved with the order of the Secretary, Department of Health, Bihar, Patna, he would be at liberty to assail the same in appropriate proceeding.
