2.The petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2023 in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 107/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 489B/489C/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, fake currency notes have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The husband of the petitioner is also an accused in this case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to misinformation. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is merely a house wife. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after her husband is arrested or surrenders, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 107 of 2023.
