2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 48 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The accused/petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 21.04.2023.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is to kidnap the minor daughter of informant aged about 16 years alongwith other co-accused person/family members for the purpose of illicit intercourse/marriage.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that maximum allegation appearing against this petitioner is to instruct main co-accused, namely Manoj Saw, who alleged to kidnap the minor daughter of informant. It is submitted that petitioner is also relative of the informant and victim, out of family dispute present false implication was raised. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent and moreover, investigation of this case has been completed, for which, chargesheet has already submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

6. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, opposes the prayer for bail.

In view of the facts and circumstances as mentioned above as maximum allegation against this petitioner is of order giver to kidnap the minor daughter of informant, who is a lady of clean antecedent, coupled with the fact that chargesheet has already submitted, where petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2023, accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Goh P.S. Case No.48 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
