It appears that the petitioner has moved the Court for a

Patna High Court CWJC No.12478 of 2012 dt.08-02-2016 2/2 direction to the respondent Corporation of Jharkhand to pay him the benefit accruing out of the benefit of implementation of the 5th and 6th Pay Revision.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated persons have been paid and recommendation has been accepted by the Corporation and thus the petitioner also is entitled to the same.

Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that the writ petition may be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to represent before the Managing Director of the Corporation who shall consider the same and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled to payment, the same shall be paid.

Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to represent before the Managing Director of the Corporation of Jharkhand within one week from today along with a copy of this order.

If such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and a reasoned order passed within two weeks. If the petitioner is held entitled to the relief sought by him, the same shall also be paid to him, within three weeks thereafter. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- U
