Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State through Video Conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 424 of 2020, registered under Sections 341, 323, 308, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.578 of 2021(2) dt.23-08-2021 2/3 Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the morning of 17.07.2020, all petitioners made query to the informant, Narayan Das, to the effect that why he was staring from the roof in the night then informant replied that he was at the roof of his house, on which, all started to abuse. When the informant made protest then he was assaulted by them. At that time, his wife was also assaulted and her silver chain was snatched by Sujeet Das (petitioner no.2).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners to cause injury to the informant, in fact, only one injury was found on the person of the informant, which is simple in nature. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No.
