The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Raniganj P.S. Case No.05 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria. There is allegation in the written report that country made fire arms were recovered from his house. From para 3 of the petition, it appears that the petitioner has criminal antecedents and six cases are pending against him.

In view of such, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Prayer is rejected.
