JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 5/ 05-09-2018 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioners. Counsel for the petitioners submits that due to inadvertence Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was not mentioned in the bail petition, as a result of which, same has not been incorporated in the order dated 16.08.2018 by which petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No.23 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.

In view of such, counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in para 1 with regard to section(s) of the case.

Accordingly, 2nd paragraph of order dated 16.08.2018 is modified to the extent that Section "302 Indian

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43987 of 2018 (5) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 Penal Code" be also read along with other Section(s) of the Indian Penal Code.
