The Impugned order dated 12.01.2013, contained in Annexure-1 has already been quashed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 6252 of 2015 vide Order dated 28.7.2016. The present writ application is allowed and Order contained in Annexure-1 which has already been quashed in

Patna High Court CWJC No.5859 of 2015(5) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 CWJC No. 6252 of 2015 vide order dated 28.7.2016 hereby declared as of no legal sanctity, as it was already quashed. The writ petition is allowed in terms of CWJC No. 6252 of 2015 order dated 28.7.2016.
