The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order or direction(s) for directing and commanding the Respondent authorities to issue a fresh Passport in favour of the petitioner as the same has been cancelled by the Passport authority. The Passport was issued on 4.1.2017, Passport No. P2772000
Patna High Court CWJC No.10268 of 2023(2) dt.05-09-2023 2/2 on the ground of difference in date of birth as the date of birth of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned as 22.9.2023 instead of 22.9.2001 and same was corrected and rectified by the authority concerned and duly issued.
(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction(s) for directing and commanding the respondent authorities to issue a fresh Passport in the name of petitioner as per the date mentioned in School Certificate issued by the C.B.S.C. as also considering the other relevant documents as required for the said passport.
(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order or direction(s) to the authorities to issue fresh Passport giving the details of date of birth as 22.9.2001 instead of 22.9.2003."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of her grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted. 3.
