JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No.08 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that the informant was intercepted on the way by number of miscreants and started indiscriminate firing and out of them, five persons including the petitioner were identified by the informant.

It is submitted that a complaint case was filed by this petitioner also against the informant and there is similar allegation that five persons opened fire but only one fire arm injury was found on the person of the informant that too simple in nature.
