This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9354 of 2020 for extension of time for furnishing bail bond mentioned in order passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail on 02.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9354 of 2020, but due to lockdown, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish his bail bonds within the time directed by this Hon'ble Court.

No.9598 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 Considering the same, let the period of surrender of the petitioner be extended by six weeks from today, in connection with Basopatti P.S.
