2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 26.6.2023, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 23135 of 2023.

3. In view of the reasons mentioned in the modification petition, said order is modified to the extent that the address of the petitioner be read as 'resident of village Sunderganj Police Station Risiup' in place of 'resident of village Pathra, Police Station NTPC Khaira'. Besides this, petitioner is granted six weeks further time to surrender and to furnish bail bonds, subject to deposit of Rs.5000/- to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail bonds.

4. Modification petition is thus allowed.
