The accusation against the petitioner is that he gave one leg blow on the abdomen of the deceased boy, who was three years old at the time of alleged occurrence. The alleged occurrence took place on 23-05-2014 and the deceased boy died on 29-052014 and, thereafter, the present case was registered. The postmortem report of the deceased reveals that the deceased died due to intestine appendix and bladder due to injuries found on his person.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as submission of the parties, as also keeping in mind the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37074 of 2014 (3) dt.27-01-2015 above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dagarua P.S.
